1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VectorPM.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and Founder Tier members. VectorPM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
2. Description of Service
VectorPM is an Agentic Product OS designed to help product teams align strategy with execution. The Service includes the Reservoir (context ingestion and indexing), the Shared Forge (collaborative PRD editor with AI guardrails), and the Vector Pulse (post-launch outcome audits), along with all associated features, tools, and AI capabilities.
During the early access period, features and functionality may change. Founder Tier members will have input into the product roadmap and access to all components as they become available.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that this is the case.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@vectorpm.ai of any unauthorized access or use of your account. VectorPM is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Founder Tier and Pricing
Founder Tier access is free for the first 3 months and grants access to all VectorPM components during the early access period. After the free trial, standard subscription pricing will apply and will be communicated in advance.
Billing is processed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by applicable law. Standard pricing for non-Founder Tier plans will be announced before general availability.
5. Intellectual Property
VectorPM owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of VectorPM's IP to you.
You retain full ownership of all content, data, and documents you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant VectorPM a limited, non-exclusive license to process, index, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train general AI models without your explicit consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary AI models; scrape or systematically access the Service outside of its intended interface; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
VectorPM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorPM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. VectorPM's total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during the early access period. While we work hard to maintain uptime and quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
